
Bryan Neider (he/him/his)
CEO
Bryan is the CEO of Via Services and AbilityPath, the nonprofit organization with which Via Services became affiliated in 2022. Bryan joined AbilityPath after serving on the Board of Directors for nearly 15 years. As a Board Member, Bryan served as Treasurer and Finance Committee Chair, and championed for AbilityPath’s Employment Services program.
Prior to joining AbilityPath, Bryan was a Senior Vice President at Electronic Arts (“EA”). During his 26-year tenure with EA, he served in multiple leadership roles, including managing mergers and acquisitions, managing EA Partners, various corporate finance roles, CFO and COO for EA.com, CFO of EA’s Worldwide Studios, COO for EA’s global games development organization, and lastly as head of EA’s Global Operations team. He also oversaw numerous companywide initiatives aimed at improving operating efficiency, product quality, business innovation, and overall business performance.
Bryan earned his BA Degree in History from Santa Clara University and his MBA from California State University, East Bay. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. Bryan is actively engaged at both of his alma maters and serves on the boards of two Bay Area nonprofits and on two technology companies, a London based publicly listed company and a local privately held company. He has also served as an advisor to a technology and media venture capital fund located in the Silicon Valley.
Bryan lives in Redwood City with his wife, and they have four children. Bryan enjoys mountain climbing, photography and backpacking and serving the local community.

Danielle Azzalino (she/her/hers)
Vice President of Adult Programs
Danielle joined AbilityPath in 2016 with over 12 years of leadership experience in management, marketing, finance, operations, and human resources. She thrives in a fast-paced environment where “wearing numerous hats” is required. Danielle offers valuable insights for businesses and non-profits in an expansion mode. Before coming to AbilityPath, Danielle was director of marketing and business operations and employment training for Self-Help for the Elderly and director of business development for West Contra Costa Business Development Center. Danielle believes everyone should have the opportunity to be independent and become self-sufficient; everyone should have the opportunity to work. She earned a MBA in International Business at American International College. She has lived abroad and traveled to over 60 countries.

Bill Morgan (he/him/his)
Director, Via West Campus
Bill is responsible for overseeing all of the programming at Via West Campus, including Via West and Altitude. He joined Via in June of 2021.
Bill earned his B.A. in psychology from State University of New York at Binghamton. He also has extensive experience with camping programs and writing individualized support plans, and he volunteers as a Standards Visitor and Standards Instructor for the American Camping Association.
Prior to Via, Bill spent 15 years working as the Program Manager, Associate Director, Director, and Vice President for camps that serve people with disabilities in Maryland. From 2012-2018, he served as the Chair for the Youth Camp Safety Advisory Council, a state run council that advises Maryland’s Department of Health regarding safety issues in youth camping.

Jennifer Baird (she/her/hers)
Director, First Step
Jennifer oversees our clinics’ speech and occupational therapy program as well as Via’s Early Start assessment team . She originally worked in the First Step program from 2003-2007 and returned in 2017 as a speech-language pathologist before assuming her current role of Director in 2019.
Jennifer received her B.A. and M.A. in communicative disorders at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA. She has received training in PROMPT, PECS Level I, Talk Tools courses, and Hanen and Social Thinking courses.
Jennifer has 15 years of experience working with children and their families with a variety of communication needs in private clinics, preschools, early intervention programs, school district contracts, and outpatient programs. She has also earned 2 consecutive ASHA Awards for Continuing Education.
