Meet the Via Team

Via Services is made up of a team of dedicated, hard-working individuals. They are the backbone of our organization, and their commitment to the special needs community is second to none.

Associate Director of Food Service

Jen is responsible for all participant culinary instructional rotations as well as executing the preparation and service for all planned meals for participants and staff. She joined Via in 2021.

James Holley (he/him)

Associate Director of Via West

James Holley is a Bay Area native with 20 years of non-profit leadership experience. Before joining AbilityPath, James was a Director with the Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco, supervising programs and a residential summer camp in Mendocino County. He also worked at Empowered Aging, an organization focused on senior advocacy. There he managed grants and supervised Ombudsman who provided oversight to long term care facilities.

In addition to his role as Camp Associate Director, James is a proud father working towards his MBA and is set to graduate in May 2024.

Assistant Director of Community Relations

Kirsten is responsible for bringing all new families to Via West Campus, recruiting for our Special Needs Science Camps, and managing our facilities rental groups. She joined Via in 2021.

Caitlin Mansur

Caitlin Mansur

Health Center Manager

Caitlin has been a pediatric nurse for over 8 years. She started her career in the Cardiothoracic ICU at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and continued to build her nursing skills and knowledge there for the next 7 ½ years.  She also discovered her passion for advocacy and love for systems level thinking and creative problem-solving. Caitlin found camp nursing in the summer of 2023 and fell in love with her new career. She joined AbilityPath in August of 2023 as the Health Center Manager for Camp Via West, where she uses her extensive nursing experience and unique perspective to continue providing excellent care, teaching new nurses, and advocating for positive change in the disability service world.

Caitlin is a member of the autistic and ADHD communities and her special interests currently include baking, summer camp, autistic pride and arts and crafts.

Moryann

Moryann "Mory" Nguyen (she/her/hers)

Recreation Therapy Manager

Mory is responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing all programming activities that occur at Via West. She joined Via in 2022.

Rick Weber (he/him/his)

Associate Director of Facilities

Rick facilitates all property maintenance, building projects, and contracted work at Via West Campus and at the Via Services Park Ave office. He joined Via in 2003.
