Culture

Via strives hard to create an open and communicative environment for our employees. We believe in letting everyone have their own unique voice and we value what each individual person brings to the table. We foster not only professional growth, but personal growth as well.

We have quarterly all staff meetings and each department has its own weekly meeting in addition to one-on-one time between directors and staff. Goals are set mutually in annual reviews and are worked on throughout the year.

Via also hosts many fun events for staff to bond and enjoy themselves outside of their everyday duties. Holiday party, spring picnic, and Halloween costume contest are just a few.

Testimonials

Via has been the only place where I am accepted for who I am. Management has allowed me to grow and contribute my skills to make a difference in the company. This has honestly been the best place to work for. I love and admire the people I work with. I actually enjoy coming to work!

Yvonne C.
Office Manager

This is a great team to work with. We partner in what we do, share ideas and support each other. I’ve had amazing experiences doing screenings in partnership with mental health agencies, developmental assessments and a great variety of therapy experiences.

Maggie N.
Occupational Therapist

One thing that I really love about Via is how it feels like family. Everyone is so welcoming and truly cares about each other, and it made moving across the country a little bit easier. I also love going to camp and seeing all of the participants and spending time getting to know them.
